  • Mouse wheel / pinch: Zoom the map for precise placement when the city sprawls.
  • Keyboard shortcuts: Use number keys 1-9 to swap tools quickly while laying large districts.

  • Keep power plants linked with transmission lines so every district draws electricity before expansion.
  • Maintain surplus budget cash; disaster response and repairs draw from your reserves.
