Gameplay overview

Slice and tumble rescues

Funny Fred is a physics puzzler that drops our hero into perilous set pieces suspended above spikes, fire pits, and rolling saws. Each level gives you a limited number of rope cuts and gadget triggers to swing Fred past hazards, collect stars, and reunite him with his waiting partner.

Later stages stack moving platforms, toggled cannons, and bouncing trampolines together, forcing you to plan precise timing. Snip too early and Fred crashes. Wait too long and the contraption self-destructs. Nail the sequence and Fred lands with style.

Controls

Simple clicks, tricky timing

  • Left-click / Tap: Cut highlighted rope segments to redirect Fred's swing.
  • Activate switches: Trigger cannons, fans, or trampolines by tapping when the timing is right.
  • Reset level: Use the on-screen reset to retry the contraption with a fresh plan.
