TuxScape
A grappling adventure across Antarctic biodomes—sprint past drones, unlock sealed labs, and reach the extraction pad before the storm hits.
Gameplay overview
Escape the frozen complex
TuxScape is a browser adventure from the Tuxocide team. Tux wakes up inside a sealed Antarctic facility moments before a blizzard lockdown. With only a grappling staff and borrowed access keycards, you must swing between biodomes, dodge security drones, and find the evacuation portal before the storm slams the doors shut.
Controls
Movement & gadgets
- W A S D or arrow keys to run; hold Shift to sprint on straights.
- Aim with the mouse and left click to fire the grappling staff—release to swing and vault.
- Right click snaps the cable back instantly for emergency repositioning.
- Press E to use terminals, open caches, or swipe keycards.

Objectives & hazards
Stay ahead of the drones
Each zone hides keycards you need to unlock the next door. Security drones patrol the air—step into their spotlights and hunter bots converge on your position. Use vents, rooftops, and grapple points to stay out of sight and reach the extraction pad before time expires.
Strategy tips
Keep momentum
- Chain grapples together to maintain speed over long chasms—touch the ground only when you need to reload energy.
- Disable cameras by hacking control panels; it slows drone response times dramatically.
- Save your emergency retract for the final stretch when multiple lasers sweep the corridor.
