1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GameStore (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Service description

GameStore is a curated directory of third‑party browser games. We provide descriptive pages, links, and in some cases embedded frames for games hosted elsewhere. We do not normally host or operate the games themselves, and availability or behaviour of those games may change without notice.

5. User conduct

When using GameStore and any linked or embedded games, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent technical protections, access controls, or usage limits imposed by game providers or hosting platforms.
• Introduce malware, automated scraping that overloads services, or any code that interferes with normal operation.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with GameStore or with any game developer or publisher.

We reserve the right to restrict access to GameStore where we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

6. Third‑party content and links

GameStore links to and embeds content hosted by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, policies, or availability of those external sites and services. Any interaction you have with a third‑party provider (including gameplay, purchases, or account creation) is solely between you and that provider.

We may update or remove game listings over time—for example, when a project moves to a new domain, is discontinued, or at the request of the rights holder.

7. Copyright and takedown requests

We respect the intellectual property rights of developers, publishers, and other rights holders. If you believe a GameStore page links to or embeds content that infringes your rights, please follow the steps outlined in our Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure.

Where we receive a clear, good‑faith notice, we may disable links or embeds on GameStore and, where appropriate, contact the game’s publisher or hosting provider.

8. Disclaimers

GameStore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that external games and services accessed through GameStore will function as expected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameStore and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any third‑party content accessed through it.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to the Site and to these terms

We may update GameStore, add or remove games, or revise these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes to the terms, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
